Candles in the snow, 2020 Amanda Steinemann (b.1996) Jorge Eduardo Flores Carrizales, piano A slow introduction that portraits the falling snowflakes in the winter in Canada. Steps in the darkness to turn on the Candles in the snow. In this piano piece, the flames are represented by the progressive scales, while the darkness is everywhere. A cantabile interlude references the ephemeral happiness of living in the snow. Pasos en la oscuridad para encender las velas en la nieve. En esta pieza para piano, las llamas están representadas por las escalas progresivas, mientras que la oscuridad está en todas partes. Un interludio cantabile hace referencia a la efímera felicidad de vivir en la nieve.
